I was wondering if this is normal. The last four days I have been completely exhausted. Just to calrify I don't work out of the home, got three children off on school hols. They are all a bit older, 6, 11 and 13 so I am not running round after them. I seem to be sleeping for about 3 to 4 hours in the afternoon and then about 8 to 10 hours at night as well and I still feel really tired. I am on about week 15 I think having lost 3 and a half stone. I have struggled to stay in abstinence but maintained my water intake. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and have done this since about week 2. I do a half hour circuit of resistance work and light CV. This last week I have also been doing two half hour sessions each day with the slendertone flex max ab belt. Anyone got any ideas? I feel dreadful
