Favs' Food Diary....A New Start

Started slimming world last week for the first time last week and lost 10lbs! I'm definitely a convert now. I've only ever done WW before and so I can't believe how good this 'diet' is! Decided to start a food diary to help me keep track of HEXA/B and Syns.

Day 1:

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Mushrooms and Tomatoes
Lunch: Jacket Potato, Dairylea Light, Cherry Tomatoes
Dinner: Chicken Tikka Massala (extra peppers) Rice and Indian Potatoes.

HEXA: Dairylea Light Triangles, HEXB: 2 x Alpen Light

Syns: Tomato Puree (0.5) Oil (2) 2 x Chocolate Biscuits (10)

Snacks: Banana, Grapes, Strawberries, Fat Free Yoghurt
 
Day 2:

Breakfast: Bran Flakes, Banana, Milk
Lunch: Grapes, Banana, Cherry Mullerlight, 2 x Alpen Light
Dinner: Peppers, Onions, Chicken, Quark, Wrap, Rice, Brocolli

HEXA: Milk HEXB: 2 x Alpen Light

Syns: Wrap (7)
Snacks: Banana, Grapes, Apple
