water retention?

Think have made a booboo. Weigh in tomorow morning and have just eaten chinese style rice. I made mushrooms and onions and rice, all very good, but then added some soy sauce. Now I know that causes retention. Any ideas how to minimise the retention over nite? Lots of water I assume?
 
Drink some water over the course of the evening and not all once to try and flush the salt out...have a walk and try to get to bed early and also don't worry for if it shows up tomorrow it will be gone the next day.

The soy sauce makes me retain water as well:(
