I am sitting here marking a tonne of gcse coursework, normally by now I would have gone through about 6 cups of tea and a big bag of chocolate eclairs and haribo tangfastics!
Feels so much better not doing it!! there are even two of my favourite buns in the cupboard and I am not even particularly tempted. As people said to me there is nothing as good as the taste of being skinny....cant wait to find out!

Well done on resisting the buns, Food consumption becomes such a habit, so glad we are all realising we don't need it as much as we thought we did, and DO have will power:)

Good on you for being so strong About Time!
I seem to have cultivated so many bad habits over the years but not many good ones. I must do something about that! I wish I could develop a crunchy salad habit! :D

I'm the same 'abouttime' this diet really starts to change your mind set. But my god I had a dream lastnight that I ate abit of icing of the top of a cupcake lastnight. I felt terrible when I work up! Going for my 1st weigh in, in an hour wish me luck!!

Only on day 1 and already - out of habbit went to take toast and a biscuit! And did some shopping and had to keep putting back things for me that I kept popping into trolley and then thinking "oh forgot don't need them!"

Dont worry thatliverpoollad we all have those dreams, I was really upset when I had them. Mine was a steak and salad sandwich, hope the weigh in went well!!

omg, so glad I'm not the only one with the food dreams/nightmares!! I have them practically every night n they feel so real, I always feel so guilty! But also kinda relieved when I wake up and realize I haven't cheated!
