can anyone tell me if the fresh cooked chickens from the deli counter at tescos have sin values??? i always remove the skin so i assume they are then free but not certain and ive been eating lots!!!!!!!!!!
If they are the cooked chicken pieces they are free I buy them from Morrisons and Sainsbury take the skin off and have them for dinner or with veg for tea.
I often get 2-3 when they reduce them to £1 in my local (Small) Tesco, I take the skin off and will make up batches of sauces BBQ/Tikka Masala/Coke etc and freeze them healthy tasty "ready meals" The rumours about fat injections are not true so munch away
