Hi all thought i would take the duty of thread starting today.

Thought i may have blown it this weekend all though have stuck to the food calories I went a bit awol with the drink, Drunk vodka and diet coke coz its low cal but managed to drink the best part of two and a half bottles to myself over the weekend:eek::eek::eek:

Jumped on scales and i manged to lose 0.4 pounds not great but my god that could have been a very different story.

Anyway for todays menu I have had

B- Rice Krispies-200 cals

Lunch- Chicken and leek soup- 250cals

Dinner- think its gonna be a roast chicken and couscous (sp) salad no idea how many cals that is but hopefully under 400

Snacks-
Banana-90
Apple-70

Also gonna try for half and hour of intense exercise later
 
Cripes thats a lot of vodka - you sound like me!!!!!!!!!!! WE had an indoor barbie last night (don't ask) and I playfully made some cocktails. This morning I went downstairs thinking I felt surprisingly delicate, then I saw the empties lined up on the kitchen counter and realised that feeling delciate was not surprising at all. Hmm, tee total today I think!

Hope you feel ok now.
 
Funny thing about it is on no morning did i wake up hungover but my god it was hard to resist going for a fry up with everyone
 
Hi everyone.

Breakfast - Slim Fast vanilla shake (218 cals)
Lunch - quorn fillets and salad (max 250 cals)
Supper - will be Slim Fast banana shake made into ice cream. (218 cals)

Calories - less than 700 so I can treat myself if I need to before bed.
 
Breakfast - banana and mcvities go ahead yogurt covered bar 254

Lunch - Tesco's tuna salad 460, Melon 230

Dinner - piri piri chicken 250
