Newbie - again

Hi, I came on here quite a lot a year or so back and lost 3 stone. Stupidly I stopped the tabs, diet everything and am now back to square one. My GP has re-prescribed the tabs and I'm now on day 3 and so far so good again. I found everyones support on here really helpful and your results inspirational. Hopefully I can do it this time for good and be an inspiration for someone instead of failing miserably like last year.
