I started atkins on Tuesday, I think alls going well apart from feeling bloated and missing sweet things, the bread/potatoes etc I'm not really missing which is strange, I have been testing with keto stiix and been dark pink since 3 days in, I have a stone to lose in 5 weeks, does anyone think il achieve this? I'm going on holiday:cool: I'm running out of ideas for evening meals, I'm already sick of meat salad eggs with mayo, if anyone has any recipes I'd be greatfull
