Hi Guys,

I am starting Lighter Life tomorrow. I will as often as possible be checking this site because I believe this site is the best for keeping you motivated whilst dieting. I have been on diets however never stuck with any and now I'm nearly 300 lbs. I know I can do this I just need self determination. Fingers crossed x

Hi Louisa,

welcome and good luck with your journey. The first few days will be a challenge once in ketosis you will be ok. The weight will come off and you will be motivated.

Hi Louisa,

First of all welcome to the forum, and well done on making the first steps towards a new you.

My best advice is to not look too far ahead, take each day as it comes, each week as it comes, small goals, small targets, keep yourself strong.
