Hi I like to go at least twice a week I love it. I would say doing 2-3 classes a week I saw changes starting within about 3-4 weeks in my thighs bum stomach and waist. Have fun x
I'm hoping to go 2-3 times a week as well, did u notice a difference in your weekly weight loss by going or is it mainly inches u have lost and toned up?
I didn't really see a diff in my losses, however have had a couple of naughty weeks and haven't gained and I put it down to the exercise! Def toning and inch loss, biggest difference in my waist x
