Its now 4 weeks to my holiday and 3.5 months to my gorgeous niece's wedding. I am determined to get myself sorted so I am going to do the diary thing. More concerned about body magic , need to fit it all in with a busy family and work life.

I'll speak to you all later about how I do today, no street party but off to the pub later for sister-in -law's birthday.

May try to fit a bike ride in after "the wedding".
Wish me luck!

Well yesterday went quite well, didn't manage any exercise but did some serious housework in the afternoon after I'd sofa dwelled all morning watching the wedding.

Breakfast was magic porridge plus raspberries and 7g raisins (needed a little extra fibre!)

Lunch was a baked potato with a tsp butter, and tuna and sweetcorn with extra light mayonaise.

Pub for dinner so chose a chicken dish with a mushroom and mustard sauce, new potatoes and salad.

I didn't have pudding and drank diet coke but...

did share a combo starter with my oh breaded mushrooms, onion rings wedges etc
But didn't feel like I'd over indulged and managed to side step the chocolate cake afterwards.:)

Have a good day everyone.

Well not exactly doing 100% but not doing too bad for a Bank Holiday weekend.

Yesterday breakfast was magic porridge and raspberries and raisins again as it was so delicious the day before.

Actually had an apple as soon as I woke up for a snack, trying to get as much fruit down my neck as possible.

Busy morning with OH doing errands so we ended up buying Tesco sandwich for lunch picked a wholemeal cheese, so I can knock off my 2nd He A and B.

As I was unsure of syns for sandwich thought ought to play safe at tea time so I had a savoury rice with a chopped up hard boiled egg in it (always fills me up) and some grapes for pudding.
Finished the day with a handful of dry roasted nuts- still need more fibre;)
Speak to you later, have a good day.

Yesterday was going very well for a while.......

Breakfast was a HE b of shreddies with activia ff yogurt and 7g raisins (1 syn) and a satsuma

Lunch was 1/2 tin spagetti on a piece of wholemeal toast (4 syns)
followed by grapes and apple

Anyway for dinner I had a piece of gammon with mashed potato, cabbage, broccoli and sweetcorn.

Then i started nibbling raw carrot , then my darling niece arrived with cake :break_diet:
So to finish off the day completely I had a nobbly bobbly lolly ice.

Good afternoon

Well yesterday I was left to my own devices as oh and my 2 sons were out all day.
managed to keep fairly focussed all day.

Toast and butter and marmalade for breakfast (a once a week treat)

for lunch I had spaghetti and bacon, followed by grapes and a satsuma or two.

Dinner was the previously mention chilli con carne which was yummy and syn free with boiled rice and enough leftover for lunch!

Got a bit stressy after that and ended up eating 2 lollypops, a chocolate trifle and some easter egg!

Oh well today is another day.
