Hi all, well here i am starting a Diet Chef - I am doing it as part of a clinical trial, and hopefully its gunna work
I'm expecting the parcel on Tuesday so am gunna start on Wednesday.
If anyone has any tips for me I will welcome any advice at all.
I'm hoping to go from 15st 8lb to about a stone lighter for my friends hen weekend in a months time.

Good luck. I did diet chef before before! You will definately lose it for the hen weekend! it worked really well for me, only reason I stopped was I could no longer afford it. Hope all goes well for you.

thanks all, sharkbait1983 well done for reaching your target thats a great loss, i could do with hitting my target for xmas as my brother is coming over from America and I apart from skype I haven't seen him for 6 years.
