Thursday (green day)

Breakfast
Baked beans with 1 mini babybel light and a SW fried egg.

I was sooo tempted to finish off the half of bacon sandwich that my son left this morning, but I quickly tossed it into the bin before my temptation could take over.

Lunch
Pasta mixed with FF cottage cheese with cucumber, pepper, onion and mushroom.

I feel full, and very motivated and inspired. I love green days :D

Afternoon Snack
Apple and ryvita mini's

Dinner
Noodle stirfry of carrots, leeks, onions, mushrooms and peppers.

Snack
Mushy peas

Supper
1 slice 800g wholemeal bread and SW fried egg.

HEA
SS milk;
1 mini babybel light;

HEB
Ryvita mini's;
1 slice 800g wholemeal bread.

All bran with strawberries and SS milk.
Wow, never had this combination before but it was absolutely deelish. Will defo have again.

Lunch
Beans with mini babybel light and a SW fried egg.
Dinner
Veg soup (homemade with lots of SS foods) with 3 small yorkshire puddings [6 syns].

Supper
Ryvita mini's with pickled onions.

HEA
SS milk;
Mini babybel light;

HEB
42g all bran;
Ryvita minis;

Syns
3 yorkshire puddings = 6 syns.

Small slice of sponge cake

Tuna with ryvita minis

Semi-skimmed milk.

All bran;
Ryvita minis.

Bad day today, but we have been at friends, and I tried to be as good as possible. I did not have bread and cheese with the burger, which I was impressed at :)

3 chicken nuggets with all batter removed.

Not sure if the chicken can be counted as HEB or not, so im syning them just to be on the safe side.

Dinner
Super speed soup with SW chips.

Semi-skimmed milk.

It was my birthday yesterday and had a day off the plan. Back on it today though, just hope iv not sabotaged the whole week.

Mash and mushy peas.

Ok, iv had a few days off the plan, because iv got a bit going off at home, and I just could not concentrate properly. That's all sorted out now, so im back on the plan, and hoping for at least a maintain this week.

Lettuce, cucumber, onion, egg, sweetcorn, peppers, beetroot, pasta.

Snacks
Plum, pear and ryvita minis.

HEA
Semi-skimmed milk
