Cycling is great. Very kind to your joints. You can choose to go flat out or ease off the effort and go for longer rides. It has been very very good to me. Cycle a route, then walk it and you'll appreciate the distances you can cover. Strangely enough, my abodminal muscles have seen some serious use too, more than I would have thought possible.
I've just started getting back into cycling again after years. I have brought my daughter a great little seat that goes in front of me so we can chat about the things she can see. She loves it and I love it. Roll on the good weather so we can get out and about lots more
