Saw this advertised in SW magazine but have not been able to find it in shops - anyone seen it please?

I've seen it in farmfoods.

Or you could just make it from carrots and swede from scratch. :D

def in sainsburys - happy shopping!

Tescos. Bought recently on a two for one offer :D. I thought I read they are sin free. Much nicer and less time consuming then making your own. You can have as little or as much as you need(i`e if different family members are eating, you can adjust portion sizes easily). Have tried making my own but it never mixes together as well as Aunt Bessies :).

In latest SW mag as free!!

Oh also had it on fish pie the other night and they defrost like mash - really nice
steph x

I buy the pre prepared swede in the veg aisle for 50p and microwave it, tastes yummy

I think Tesco and Iceland have it here I buy it for my great grandmother, never seen it in local Sainsburys though. Hugs Crystal xx

Got it in asda at the weekend - thanks everyone x

I quite agree that frozen fruit and veg have an important place in our lives, especially for busy working folks.

Personally I would make it myself and would add a boiled potato to mash it that way ensuring that it mixes together well.
I love it with lots of black pepper.........yummy.

An excellent idea - especially now on SW Extra easy you can have potatoes with "red" foodstuffs without having to count as a healthy extra.

I might get some of this to try, I love Carrot and Swede mash but everyone else in this very picky household likes their vegetables kept separate and dont like the swede bit.
