12lbs to lose before holiday!

Hi everyone!

I'm a long time lurker but only just decided to start posting!

In 2010 I lost around of 30+lbs going from a size 14 (around 165lbs-170lbs) to a size 8-10 (134lbs was my lowest). I gained a bit of weight after breaking up with my boyfriend of 3 years, and getting lazy in my new job!

I currently weight 142lbs, and I want to be 130-ish by the time I go on holiday on June 17th!

Im really bad with eating "well" I can stick to a calorie count but I never eat balanced meals or anything, and tend to snack and load up on carbs as calories rather than protien etc. Im not very good at using all my calories up either, purely because im not hungry. I hope by writing things down it may help me to realize that i SHOULD eat more and not fret.

I have a limit of 1200 calories a day, but I generally work out 5 times a week to burn 500 calories. I tend to eat less than 1000 calories, but Im trying to incorporate breakfast more into my eating (not in the past few days because it would up my calories considerably, however I've been sick this week and sleeping in till about 11! eep). Im probably going to buy some protien shakes as well to up my calories and aid my workouts. any recc's?

I'm losing to lose a similar amount by summer ish, so i'll def keep a check on how you're doing and see if I can take any tips etc :)

today I did slightly better and have nearly eaten all my calorie allowance. still not eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, but im back at work tomorrow so I think better structured eating will resume!
