If anyone started around this weight can they tell me how there losses have been please.

i started at 13.3 i.ve just had my second weigh in. i lost 7.5lb (my first week was only 5 days) in my first week and 5lb this week.

Thanks for that i started at 13st 6 and woundered what my losses cold be.

I started a 13 4.....and you can see my losses below.
However, I'm not sure that the sme starting weight will be indicative of your losses as everyone is different.

I started at 13.11 im now 11.9 nearly 2 stone down from 16th feb xx
