First week weigh in....

Well, i have completed my first week of slimfast. and considering i managed to overeat(Drink) by 1400 calories on friday AND had a mc donalds on saturday i have still managed to lose

3.2lbs!!!! :clap:

Looking forward to sticking to it this week and seeing what results i get!!

I am a bit pleased with myself, managed to fit in my old size 12 trousers today! All my other trou r too big wot an ace feeling, I not going to go shopping just yet! Lolz

Third week weigh in!

I thought I was not going to have lost any weight this wk, don't know why just had that feeling but I have lost 1lb n a bit which is fine so long as I don't put it on!

Well done one the loss!!! - any loss is a success in my books!

I'm not looking forward to my wednesday weigh in!! I'm thinking of swapping days to monday to try and keep my weekends under control.

I think it's nearly 2, cos on myfitnesspal I put my weight in pounds but I also look at my weight on the scales in stone so I understand it n last wk I was 164.9 this wk I am 163! Lol do u get me?

Yeahh so you lost very very nearly 2lbs!

Good idea about changing yr weigh day love it shud help u, cos I think oo can't have too many treats this wkend cos of weigh day! That's prob every Sunday I say that! Lol x

I think i shall weigh in on weds as normal, then change to monday after that.

Do u even feel hungry in a morning I don't I just have my shake as soon as I get up or about 9am if am at work, am off all this wk so it will be more of a test.

Not usually, if i'm working i put my 2 shakes into 1 bottle and just drink it through out the day - lasts untill about 1pm, that along with my snacks and copius amounts of tea means that i'm not hungry all day!

weekends i have my first shake about 10:30/11ish and then have another at about 2/3 then have dinner!

It's just hard when OH wants to go out or friends etc - i think i'm going to keep a few meal bars in my bag in case we go out and i feel the need to eat something - then i just need the will power not to drink! Diet coke and lemonade are my saviours at the moment!

Ah u got it Sussed then Hun nice one.

It's defo willpower u need If u got to go out somewhere, sometimes tho if I need to I have had my shake for breakfast as normal but then have had a normal lunch, if I needed to with family n still have a drink of wine at end of the wk n wkends n I am still loosing it may not be as fast a rate because of it but I don't mind cos I got til November lolz x
