Cant get back into it!!!

Have you ever been on a diet like slimming world that when you first take that giant leap into the 11,s it seems to come off quite easily--- fast forward 3 months half a stone is back on but when you do the same things you did previously it doesn't seem to budge???

I went down to 11 stone 4 from 12 2 in six weeks ( I can't even remember what kind of slimming world food I was having now which is annoying!) I was doing mild excercise then I had cake and gained that ten pounds back. I re joined and went down to 11 11 but then it wouldn't budge and now iv lost motivation and fluctuate between 12 and 12.7 stone :( help!?

I was having a similar issue a few weeks ago. I know the suggestion of a food diary seems a bit of a cliche, however, I went back through all mine and matched them up with the weeks I had good losses. I switched my menu around to match my diaries the weeks i had good results and had a good loss finally after 3 weeks of STS, 1lb & another STS.

It's a no brainer that if you have good losses your motivation is up because you are seeing results, so I guess the key is to keep finding things that work for you.

Also remind yourself that the choices you make today, will affect the choices you will have to make tomorrow. Focus on the end goal. Look at the overall picture if your weight loss journey and ask yourself where you want to be at the end of it and never lose sight of that goal x

I agree, I started a food diary and wrote down everything I ate, it was the little bites and tastes that I wasn't counting! Good luck! x
