ive dieted for the last 13 weeks lost 3.5lbs first wk with sw then lost 1-2lbs steady for 6wks then put on 2.5lbs at * week then lost 3.5lbs following week trying ww then gained 0.5lbs on ww then lost 3.5lbs back at sw oh dear easter came and ive gained 5lbs i am due * week though so 2.5 could be water retention but was back on track today until an hour ago when i flipped out ive eaten 3x shortbread fingers, 2x digestives, 1x bourbon cream, 7x custard creams i feel so ill its unbelievable why have i done it its so stupid.
on a plus side ive got to go to tescos later to do the weekly shop that will stop me buying rubbish now........ sorry to ramble i know i sound like someone who flits from one diet plan to the next and yes i maybe do even though i know sw works for me but ive lost over a stone now arrrggghhh i and feel mad and slightly out of control:eek::cry::mad:
ps i'm a whimp so dont shout at me lol i know im wrong i just needed to get it down on here to wake me up.
Thanks for reading. x

I'm with you, I'm almost at a stone and a half loss and today bought chippy chips and am now having Chicken burgers...yes TWO of them!

I'll kick you if you kick me!

Syn it up and deduct from your weekly total. You'll be fine, it happens, just deal with it. You are in control, you can do this. :)

Try making a for and against list? Or get some motivation up to help you focus on why you don't need those mean little bikkies!

Ive been where you are before now hun. You need to commit once and for all to one plan and stick to it otherwise youll keep flitting between and going off plan in the mean time.

Make a list of pros and cons of each plan and decide which one suits you best. I used to do ww and it suited me at the time. But now i prefer sw.

I agree, swapping eating plans will mess you up, because they are so different. You really need to decide which one you want to do and stick with it for a period of time. Both WW and SW work, I've done SW for almost a year now and my friend has done WW for quite a while with good results. On both plans there will be up's and downs, I don't know anyone who has lost every week until target, I know I had gains and STS along my journey.

Good luck with whatever you decide x

Hiya,

Well done for your weight loss so far!!!!

I do agree that you need to stick to one plan over a number of weeks. I totally understand chopping and changing but you need to commit to a number of weeks rather than changing weekly.

Can I ask why do you change to from SW to WW and then WW to SW? I think once you cracked your reason, you can finally decide which plan suits better for you and your life style.

As for the binge, draw a line under it and start fresh whether this be with SW or WW.

Good luck x

I bet if you added it all up there aren't as many syns in all that as you think! As skinnydawn says just deduct from your weekly allowance. Up your superfree and drink more water, and choose one plan or the other - probably getting really confused switching between the 2 hun
Off to take my own advice :)

chocaslim, I'm sure you feel really frustrated with yourself, I've added it up, and you know, if, as the others say, you take it careful, reduce your syns and up your superfree, it really won't be as bad as you think - I drink more than that in syns on a Friday night , although I do have almost a week until WI, and normally still lose.
Keep your chin up, you'll get there

Picking up on whats been said here ive noticed you switched from sw to ww after a gain on star week. Do you think it could be because you werent happy with the gain? It is normal to put on at star week and as annoying as it is try to grin through it and youll get back on track the following week.
