As you can guess from my user name I'm usually a green day girl as LOVE carbs. But am going for Chinese on Friday it's all you can eat but order not buffet and thinking a red day would be better...HELP!
Try extra easy rather than red/green then you can still have the boiled rice (free) and the noodles (free) but so is the chicken, prawns etc! If it's a cook to order one, remember you can ask then to stir fry stuff in soy and water without oil.
I had a Chinese buffet last week on ee and was very restrained for me. I had rice, plain noodles and a chicken in black pepper with stir fried veg. I also filled up with loads of the fruit afterwards.
