First weigh in !!!!!!

Well i had my first weigh in this morning and have lost 4 1/2 pounds, and if im honest im slightly disappointed :sigh:
I guess i was expecting a bigger loss in my very first week, and from some of the threads ive seen on here people have lost up to 8 pounds in their first week.
Still i guess its not a gain so i know i should really be happy about it !!!!!

I know what you mean but that is still a very good loss because after all you are eating, not starving! The heavier one is to begin with, the greater the first week loss - like on most diets.

But this one allows you to eat - indeed it demands that you eat! On this diet eating too little can slow losses right down. Not an excuse to gorge mind you cos that can even lead to gains.

Well done on your start - the key thing is to stay on the straight and narrow and make sure you eat enough (what a great diet / woe ;) ) also water, water, water!
 
Well done! I lost 7lbs first week but I have alot more weight to lose than you so percentage wise we are probably the same. Keep at it.

Its funny a couple of you say eat more, im actually finding it quite hard to eat alot as i dont feel that hungry.
Breakfast is definately a no no now....i just cannot stomach breakfast on a morning at all.
Am drinking loads of water though at least two litres a day.
Still getting cravings for sweet things though, does anyone know how long they normally take to go away coz its driving me mad :confused:

Funny though i havent really had any cravings for chips milk and bread and i normally eat and drink heaps of that !!!!
