Smoked turkey wings

Honeyoc

Is a crunchy mama!
I was wondering, if I take off the skin do you think it would count as a free food? Turkey wings are so big that taking off the skin is pretty easy but because it's smoked (and smoked mackerel is not free) I wondered if it would count as free or not on red or EE... What do you think?

smoked salmons free though is it not?

I don't have an answer for this, just wondering aloud...

Hi Lexie!! Come to think of it I wonder why smoked salmon is free and smoked mackerel is not... They're both oily fish...

Hi Sarah, no its not free unfortunately. Tinned (in brine and tomato sauce) and fresh are free though.

I never knew that, I have eaten whole packs as a snack. Sometimes I have slow losses when I do this so I have not eaten it in a while. Still 5 stone gone so did not do me too much harm. I will stay away from it now. Is it many syns?

When I first started I did not know about the 1/3 superfree either. I could be a target now if I had known lol. X

I love smoked mackerel and sometimes use my syns for the day on a packet ( yes how sad) it's 1 syn for 28 g. Gorgeous blended with quark and lemon juice as a pate.
About the smoked turkey wings, I've never heard of them, where do u get them from? Might have to watch if there's any fat added to them in cooking process?? My consultant told us that asda pre cooked chickens have 30 syns as they inject fat into them!!!
