Cerulean, you look great! Congratulations on your success so far, I really hope management goes well for you. I find your story really inspiring as someone with about the same amount of weight to lose. Good luck with the rest of your journey. Kerrie x

My official 100 days photos although there is only 12 weeks between them and my 'before' photos. These were taken on April 1st 2007 after 91 days of LL - I weighed about 14st or so, I think.

The one with the red background was taken at a New ID photoshoot (don't use them - rip off merchants who don't point out that it takes them 8 weeks to get you 3 prints in the post when you could do the same job st Snappy Snaps in an hour) - I am wearing a size 10 top and size 10 skinny jeans. That was 3 weeks ago.

Hi Splash - I did do Iyengar yoga from about week 10 to week 20 (the standing positions with your arms out to your sides are amazingly toning - but also yucky, hard downward dog ;) ) also I cycle about 3 times a week which is actually quite good for your arms and I use a cross trainer 2 times a week - but eased off on the yoga in the last stages of development and concentrated on my legs and I stopped the other exercise 2-3 weeks ago as I have been feeling weaker as I have got closer to goal. All I can say is that they are a little flappy and can get better with strength training - they have gone from 20 inches in circumference to 10.5 inches - and weirdly the worst bit about them is the armpits!

Hi Sarah,
I agree with everyone else you do look amazing now. And so happy! And how do you stay in that small black dress??!!

Can I ask if you have managed to get your calves into knee length boots yet, because mine don't seem to be getting any smaller yet. I tried some on last week as I was feeling so positive about my size, I bought size 10 jeans, but those boots still won't fit.

Thanks
Claire

Hey - you already know I think this - but you are amazing. I'm going to start with the yoga seriously I think. I've got yoga and pilates DVDs for England at home. I just need to set aside the time!

BTW: you have fabulous taste. What are you doing with the clothes you are growing out of? (hint, hint!)

JDI - I finally got a pair on in Peacocks this weekend - it looks like 15.5 inches is the cut off (and actually the measurement that most designers give for the calf size on their boots - some are a little skinnier!)

Sandra you cheeky mare ;) bless you - the cheap £10 dresses only lasted as long as I was that size! The colours have faded and two of them got thrown because of the wear.

The Karen Millen dress will be taken in professionally and my Mum has spoken for everything else!

I have a gorgeous brocade coat that was a size 20 that I would be heartbroken to lose - people used to stop me in the street to ask me where I got it. (Dorothy Perkins' finest hour!) my Monsoon size 20s and 22s will go on ebay shortly. I have a New Look smock dress in a 16 that all the magazines seem to have loved this summer...but that's about it!

oh - £10 dresses? Where? that lovely black and white number didn't look like a primark! I can never find anything I like in there.

I've been overspending in the Monsoon sale - although their new season stuff looks much better colours and fabrics. I bought a size 14 Julien MacDonald dress in the Debs sale that doesn't fit (I'm a 'dress' 16 right now) but should look fab for my girly weekend away in September.

My girlfriends and I go to the outlet villages a couple of times a year. I think I'm going to enjoy Bicester for our pre-Chrsitmas shop this year!

OMG Sarah!! You are like Jessica Rabbit!!!

Sooooo thrilled for you on your getting to goal achievement. Your whole journey has just been an amazing experience. Off to read your management thread. :D
