DVD recommendation

I found Danniella's better body workout DVD in a charity shop the other day for £2.95. I was getting a bit bored of my dance one so thought I'd buy it so I could change it up a bit. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest but actually I really liked it and would definitely recommend it. It's only £2.99 on Amazon.

I've got a health issue which means that I can't workout too hard or for too long and found that this was a perfect balance. There was a warm up, then a standing/aerobics section and then a floor section where they guided you through crunches etc. You don't have to have any equipment for it, they use mats but you can just be on the floor and then they use things like water bottles and cushions, but you don't even have to have them. There's a 2nd workout too, so you can do 1 or both but I only did 1 today. The warm up, work out 1 (standing and floor) and cool down was just over 32 minutes.

If you already do a lot of working out or high impact stuff then this probably won't be enough of a challenge for you. If however, like me, you struggle with anything too high impact or intense whether that's for health reasons or just not being used to exercise, I think it's a great start. She explains everything really well, so if you're not sure how to do moves then you'll be fine with this I would say. This is the kind of thing that I think I could comfortably do 4-5 times a week and not burn myself out.

I'm extremely fickle when it comes to DVDs and really enjoyed this one so thought I'd let you guys know about it!

ive got that one, but im used to high impact, so it wasnt suitable for me really... good for when i want a more chilled out workout though or cant make it to the gym :)
