I've been up all night being sick! I can't even keep water down never mind my shake! The worse part is o have trap wind and can't shift it any ideas??

i had a bug 2weeks ago and suffered terrible with trapped wind to the point where i was nearly crying in agony, anyway went to the chemist and he gave me medicine its called Kolanticon gel. it helped straight away found it brilliant. but not sure if the chemist is open today as its bank holiday. have you got andrews there that might help. hope it goes away for you soon and you feel better.

I always find warmth helps trapped wind, so maybe a bath or hot water bottle may help until you can get something to ease it, hope you feel better soon hunny x

Thanks everyone for ur tips still really bad but hope it's only a 24hr thing! Roll on 2 am that's when it started lol!

Still really bad pains havnt had any shakes from Sunday can't keep them down! ;-( all I have had ISA slice of toast today and1 yesterday nothing seems to help! Not good for the diet!! No weight loss for me this week I should think! Looks like the Docs for me in the morn!!

omg you poor poor thing. DEFFO needs a trip to the docs as thats not good on a normal diet, let alone folloowing a VLCD,, you NEED all of your nutrients, they would have given you dioralyte by now to keep your salts n minerals up at the very least.
