Sw quiche

Hi guys I wanna make quiche for tommmorro lunch any idea how to make I can't find the thread the one without pasta xx

chop up mushrooms, onions, peppers, bacon with fat removed fry these in fry light put in flan dish mix up eggs and quark with seasoning and herbs ( maggi liquid seasoning is very nice with eggs) cook for about half an hour or so depending on size of flan dish. i make small ones as my partner takes them to work, a friend of mine does it with the savoury rice - i'm not so keen on this one but u could try it u may like it x
