Having mixed emotions today as I enter my 2nd week of DD!
Positive note - I did not have one single slip-up on the first week (have never been so good on a diet - ever!) and had amazing results.
Nervous note - I don't have the same motivation I had on 18 April... need to get that back somehow!!
I know Motivation is probably the biggest success factor for sticking to a diet... just need to ensure mine stays up. Its not bad, but even just a dip can be a slippery slope.
