my oh took me to a havester last night and every thing on the menu has its calorie content even the sauces on the salad bar. i found it very useful. but after my 2nd glass of wine i had a pudding!!

i had salmon with green beans and a jacket pot with a bowl of salad then some ice cream.

Doesn't sound too bad to me, could have been much worse.
