hi guys,
this is my first official week, went to cinema this evening and unfortunately could not resist the treats, so would like to know roughly the syns value of the smallest bag of popcorn {salted}, ben and gerry's frozen yoghurt the largest 1 {oops}and 2 m&ms peanut ones, really need to stay on track and start as i mean to go on, did a 3 hour bike ride today so don't feel too guilty.:sigh:

I don't know what size the large frozen yogurt will be but this will give you an idea - one syn for every 20 calories
