Morrisons

Ho guys I am doing my monthly shop and instead of doing at sainsburys I was going to try morrisons any ideas wht I can buy from there which are syn free xxxx

I love the morrisons eat smart fat free fromage frais free on ee. Nice with a White chocolate highlights sachet mixed in over Some raspberries for a 2 syn pud.
The eat smart sausages are really nice too, not free though either 1 or 1/2 a syn each can't remember which

Not sure if it'll be much use to you know but if you do green days and are on a budget their value pasta is now 9p a bag!
