There just potatoes cooked in a tray of oil? I always have at least 4 potatoes with my roast on a Sunday and I always get a lose on the Monday at wi but ive never known exactly how many syns per potato
I dong choose a certain day lol, sounds weird but I've always mixed my days together. I wouldn't choose a certain day now because I'm doin really well - 7 stone in 8 months. Hard to tell on the potato now really lol
