I am in the half that's not doing it too, but made me curious when I first heard about it. Goes something like:

I managed 11 days on it a couple of months back until my knees gave out (she doesn't really allow any time for a proper warm up/cool down and you have to rush so much to keep up that there isn't time to check your positioning properly), it's totally hardcore
