100% day

sorry if this is not the right section but I didn't know which one would be!

When you talk of 100% day - what do you mean exactly please? Is it that you don't exceed your syns, or you don't have any syns at all?

Just that you have stuck to the plan as it is laid down and not exceeded your syns. If you have no syns then you have not stuck to the plan because the plan says to have between 5 and 15 a day.
