Creamy chicken curry syns

Hello
I saw this recipe in Woman mag this week - it looks scrumptious - but can anyone advise me please what kind of syn values it would have?

It serves 4 and the ingredients are:
1 x chopped onion
2 tbsp curry paste (what is that exactly, a tube or jar??)
3 skinless chicken breasts
6-8 chopped tomatoes
4tbsp plain low fat yoghurt
chopped coriander

you would only syn the curry paste and that would be 1-4 syns per LEVEL tblsp so 2 - 8 syns for the whole dish, would depend on the bran of curry paste

You could just use the herbs that are in the paste instead and make it syn free couldn't you?
