Hi I'm new to this only 4 days in but I wondered is there a deffinitive place on e source that gives u portion sizes .
When I use e source sometimes it will say 1 teaspoon/ tablespoon bit others it says 1 portion or 1 serving but I have abs no idea what size the serving should be
