My boyfriend was right, the fat did all come off my back!! ;)

About a month after I started losing weight and was feeling disheartened that while I was losing, I didn't look any different, my boyfriend hugged me one day and said (genuinely) 'wow, you feel much thinner, all the fat you've lost must have come off your back!!'.

He meant well and we had a giggle but I didn't really believe him til today. I just came back from Bravissimo where they told me I've gone from a 42 to a 36!! She said I could even get away with a 34 probably. Am very very happy Sadly the cup size still hasn't come down (it's still a J ) but I can live with that assuming the actual fat is moving.

My boyfriend has also been telling me how good I look and how much he can tell i've lost weight. But he said he'd love me whatever size I was- he's just glad I'm feeling a bit better about myself.

It's worth it when you get the compliments

Lol. I asked mine if he could tell I lost 10 lbs n he said I always look the same!

Lol, funnily enough you're right.

I hope I can get rid of my "back boobs" (as i call them) they spoil any clothes that are clingy
