boiled ham as a healthy extra

hi all

im on a green day today and we are having a boiled ham for tea..along with tons of salad new pots yummy cant wait!!
just wondered how much ham could i have if was counting it as a healthy extra??

If counting it as a HE on a green day i think its 85g. xx
