I was wandering if I used a oxo and cornflour would this be ok

Thank you il make it with whole oxo but only use half gravy got a roast Sunday and seein as cant have trimmings be nice to have gravy

If I need stock I use a little miso, only because Dr D says miso soup is ok to have.
