As Joanne is away thought I would start todays thread - hope thats ok.
Had a bad day yesterday :cry:was doing okay calorie wise then my other half brought home a big bag of cheese doritos and a huge bag of maltesers
Just need to learn to stop that hand to mouth motion!!!
Still - onwards and upwards (or downwards hopefully!) - today's a new day.
WHolemeal toast with mashed banana for breakfast - 290 cals
Not sure about the rest yet - we are off to West Midlands Safari park for the day - better get moving!!!
