Hi

Can anyone tell me which is the best / lowest SYN's sausages i can buy for a BBQ we are having this weekend,

I bought some weight watchers pork sausages, 60calories per sausage and they are syn free. They are the ones with the new packaging with pro points on.

Morrisons do the eat smart diet sausages, pack of 8, 1/2 each.

Sorry but I don't think the WW sausages are syn free
