Heya all .... a bit of a "confused.com" question.

Last night for tea i had a wholemeal bap with bacon in, (no marg) ... with a bit of cheese (HexA .. 28g mild chedder grated) .... (awfully nice it was too :D )

Now 57g of that wholemeal bun can be classed as a HexB ... But it weighed in at 79g ... Now i`m sorry, but i`m not enough of a sadist to pick bits off it and throw it away just to get it to be the 57g ... So how would you record it in your food diary ? ? ...... Do it as a HexB and then add maybe 2 syns ?

Thankyou ... all imput welcome ....

That's what I would do, too, although I've read on here about someone who pulls a chunk out of the middle of the roll to get it to the right weight and save syns. Actually quite a good idea, as it's not like we'd miss it :)

Just count the extra as syns. xx

Cheers Sian hunny .... long time no *speak* .. hope you`re ok ;)

Thanks guys ... i think that`s what i`ll do in future, just count it as 3 syns .... But LMAO at the chunk out of the middle ... sorry but i`d miss it lolol !!! *nom nom nom* ... if i wanted a hole in the middle i`d buy a bagel :D

Fair dos, just telling you how some folk do it.

I paid for the roll I'm eating it all! (mind you thats how I ended up this sizein the first place lol)
