Hi everyone, I feel like I am not in the right sub-forum, but I think it's the most appropriate for my question.
Here it goes: I just joined SW online, never been in a group, so I need some hints! I follow the extra easy plan (right?) and I can have a green day or an original day how often exactly?
And my second question. They say I am allowed 5-15 syns. To which number should I lean to? I have a BMI around 28 and I need to loose 24 pounds to my first target (and then another 8). What do you think? All replies very welcome, as I don't have anyone to ask!
