I Begin Exante Tommorow :)

Hi everyone just wanted to say hi really after reading everyones posts on this forum for the past week i decided to order my self a bumper pack and im determined to stick at this, everythink arrived today so ill be starting tommorow morning now, I allso gave the fags up last month which i found really hard so i keep telling myself if i can do that i can certainly stick to Exante lol
Look forward to losing some weight tho iv put on so much weight the last 12 months really started to get me down but im certain ill lose it all again now,
Anyway I just wanted to hi say and say what a great forum this is.

Thanks alot i ceratinly hope so im sure ill find it hard but im definitely going to stick at it no matter what Well done with your 2.5 Stone loss so far thats fanatstic you must be really pleased.

Hi Liam and welcome I think the first few days are hard and after that it is a bit of a head game You will get all you need from the packs but we are all so used to having more that we want more! Best thing is it works for everyone Good luck x

Welcome and good luck...... it is a hard diet at times but the results make it all worthwhile!
