Taking my hubby away for the weekend as its his birthday tomorrow, we will be staying in a hotel that does great food & a amazing buffet style breakfast with everything you can imagine!. So i'm gonna have to be good & not be to tempted to go overboard. My OH will be home from work at 5.30 then i've got a lovely drive during the rush hour on the M1 :character00182:not looking forward to that at all.

Anyway must start beautifying myself....lol Hope you all have a good weekend!....xxxx

oooh how lovely, you guys enjoy yourselves, happy birthday to your OH.
Mandi, what ever you eat, just make sure you thouroughly enjoy it, every single bite, savour the taste and eat it slowly,... this is a tip from Paul McKenna :character00238: you should then get fuller sooner, and you just seem to enjoy it more.
