tips to boost a loss

I've got 4lb to loose to get to 4st and I would love to do that this week. I usually loose about 3, sometimes less and sometimes more. So, what tips do you have to try and secure a slightly bigger weight loss. Its not an emergancy, because my goal is to loose 4st by the week after next but if I could do it one week quicker it would be a boost!
 
I see in the thread posted above the scan bran challenge is mentioned , our consultant was saying that there were 4 people in her other class whos weight slwoed down to 0.5 lb - 1lb a week , they did the scan bran challenge and all lost 3-4 lb a week , so worth a try :)
