in my opinion only, if your on SS walking , swimming maybe. but not the gym when you move up the plans you can exercise then ask your CDC for more info
I exercise. I'm on SS and I use my bike, swim and run (well its more jogging at the moment cause I'm only on week 3.
The first week I did very little, I felt a bit faint to be honest. Week 2 I used the treadmill to jog. Week 3 and I've got all my energy back and more!! I've been outside jogging this week. I feel absolutely fine.
