How bad is not eating??

As the title says how bad is not eating for you??

Been in hospital two days and have been nil by mouth, couldnt make weigh in and now im panicking that i have done loads of damage

Just start your week when you get the chance. It's not like you've done it on purpose! Remember just cos you've had 2 days off plan, doesnt mean you should dismiss the week HTH

I agree - it will be fine as long as you get straight back on with things as soon as you can.

Was straight back on plan this morning Been advised to follow a low fat diet until they can operate on me and doc was pretty pleased with me following slimming world

Yeah im okay just in a lot of pain

Two days won't do you any harm. And it was something you had to do, you had no choice.

I agree its not like you could help it, its all in the scales hands now anyway :/
