Hi everyone. I usually do EE but stopped losing, so I'm trying to add a few green and red days. I'm not sure if I have it right so far though. Please let me know what you think.

Sunday-Red day

Lunch (lazy day wasn't up in time for breakfast)

Boiled egg x 2
Alpen bar x 2 (heB1)
Muller Light
Diet Coke

Dinner

Ultimate Slimming World Burger incl:
small wholemeal roll (heB2)
Light cheese slices x 2 (heA)
1 tbsp Ketchup (1 syn)
100g Mc Cain Rustic Oven chips (1 syn)

Cadbury's Chocolate (5.5 syns)


Monday-Red day

Breakfast

Slice of wholemeal toast x 2 (heB1)
Muller Light
Alpen bar x 2 (heB2)

Lunch

Lean bacon
Eggs x 2 (fried in frylite)

Dinner

Chicken Breast
200g Mc Cain Rustic Oven chips (2 syns)
Peas (2 syns)
Chicken Gravy (1.5 Syns)

25g Milka chocolate (6.5 syns)

Tuesday-Green day

Breakfast

Alpen Bars x 2 (heB)
Muller Light
Apple

Lunch

Golden rice
Mushrooms
Hard boiled egg
Orange

Dinner

170g Boiled Cod (heB2)
Peas
New Potatoes
Half tbsp Ketchup (0.5 syn)
Muller light
Meringue nest (3 syns)

Chocolate (5 syns)
 
I don't know. I never thought of it. Ooops. I'll have to try and find out. I weighed out the new potatoes that would have made up a heB and it was about 3 of them so I opted for the chips and syns. I am sooo desperate to start losing again.
