Potato query

Hi all

Been reading through all the booklets and I'm confused about pointing potatoes. It mentions boiled and jackets points and not sure I get why it's different but what about if I cut a potato into chips and put in the actifry?? Do I point it raw and the fry light or oil? Thanks x
 
If I'm putting it into the actifry I always point it as old raw and count the oil if I use it
